COVID-19 Update 01 June 2020

Hello again everyone,

I'm happy to tell you that we are at last able to resume treating patients. We will begin by treating those in urgent need and gradually build up to restoring all services, whilst following the many new protocols required to keep everyone safe within the practice.

Changes in procedures

  • We will communicate with you before your treatment to ask some screening questions. You'll be asked those same questions again at
        your appointment.
  • When you arrive, wait in the car and contact us by telephone
  • We have hand sanitiser that we will ask you to use when you enter the practice
  • The public toilet is out of bounds for now.
  • Patients should attend on their own (unless accompanying children)

We're still here for emergencies

If you have a problem, please call us as normal and you will be seen. We're glad to be able to treat you face to face again.

Keeping you safe

You can be assured that we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of everyone within the practice. We have spent many hours preparing for re-opening. The staff will be wearing masks, visors and gowns for even the simplest of procedures. There will be 20 minutes spent cleaning the surgery after each patient.

As things change we will be updating the website to keep you all informed.

Best wishes,

Pat Elliott
